This Privacy Policy explains how CellFix Tampa (Hidaya Tech Solutions LLC), an Authorized Spectrum Retailer, collects and uses information submitted on internet.cellfixflorida.com (the "Site").
When you use the address-check and offer request form, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, home address/ZIP code, the plan and add-ons you selected, your preferred setup method and callback time, and any notes you provide. We also automatically collect standard technical data (IP address, browser/device type, referring page, and campaign source such as UTM parameters) to operate and improve the Site and to measure advertising performance.
We use your information to: contact you by phone, text, or email to confirm Spectrum service availability and pricing at your address and complete your order; place your order with Spectrum on your behalf as an authorized retailer; send you confirmations about your request; and improve our marketing and this Site. We do not sell your personal information.
To complete a Spectrum order, we share the information necessary to place that order with Charter Communications (Spectrum). We also use service providers (such as our email delivery and hosting providers) solely to operate the Site. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
